This year, there are many Christmas activities taking place in our school! Unfortunately— and contrary to what would have been ideal—it was not possible to coordinate all the dates due to practical constraints. We understand that this may require extra effort from families as they try to juggle so many commitments. Dear Educational Community, The Escola Solidária  (Solidarity School) Project, created in 2020/2021, has the mission of supporting families in our school cluster who are facing difficulties, promoting sharing, mutual help, and solidarity. With the arrival of the Christmas season, we invite the entire community to take part in the “Solidarity Christmas” Campaign , by contributing non-perishable food items (e.g., canned goods, rice, pasta, olive oil, milk…) and personal hygiene

At the request of the Social Action and Education team of the Union of Parishes of Lordelo do Ouro and Massarelos, we would like to remind families of two social support programmes designed to help with expenses related to after-school and extracurricular activities: “ATL para Todos”  and “Jovens com Futuro” . Both programmes provide financial support for ATL services and for extracurricular activities attended by children. You can consult the regulations and application form

The cause “Materials for the Sensory Integration Room”  was the winner of this year’s edition of the Bairro Feliz programme. This prize will allow us to better equip the room, providing more resources to support our students and promote inclusion. Dear Parent/Guardian, As part of our Annual Activity Plan, we are pleased to inform you that on November 13th , the chestnut roaster will return to our school to celebrate St. Martin’s Day  — a way to preserve and honor this cherished Portuguese tradition. We’re delighted to announce the return of Super Saturdays at school! For those who may not know, these are special Saturday afternoons when the school opens its doors and transforms into a community space — freely available for families to enjoy together.
