🎄 Christmas Activities 2025 — Everything You Need to Know

This year, there are many Christmas activities taking place in our school! Unfortunately— and contrary to what would have been ideal—it was not possible to coordinate all the dates due to practical constraints. We understand that this may require extra effort from families as they try to juggle so many commitments.

To support your planning, we are sharing the calendar with all the relevant events below, along with some important information:

🎁 Activities open to families

Families are invited to participate on the following dates:

• 10 December — 1st Cycle (children attending AEC/CAF)

• 13 December — Christmas Super Saturday (open to everyone)

• 15 December — Christmas Celebration / APBS Gathering & JI Christmas Fair (open to everyone)

• 16 December — School Cluster Christmas Celebration All families are welcome, but only some classes will be performing.

  
  

All other activities in the calendar are for children only.

🎄 Christmas Celebration — 15 December

This year's Christmas Celebration will be an informal gathering, without performances or fixed schedules. Families can join at whatever time is most convenient between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

➡️ Santa Claus will visit the school during school hours, at around 3:00 p.m., to deliver a small treat to the children.

➡️ As usual, we will ask families to contribute cakes, savoury snacks and drinks. More information will be shared next week.

🧸 Toy and Book Collection (until 12 December)

We are collecting toys, dolls, games and books to equip the 1st cycle classrooms for rainy days when the children cannot play outside.

Donations can be delivered at the school entrance until 12 December.

On Super Saturday, 13 December, we will organise and sort all donations with the help of anyone who can join us. We count on you!
