Solidarity Christmas Campaign

Dear Educational Community,

The Escola Solidária (Solidarity School) Project, created in 2020/2021, has the mission of supporting families in our school cluster who are facing difficulties, promoting sharing, mutual help, and solidarity.

With the arrival of the Christmas season, we invite the entire community to take part in the “Solidarity Christmas” Campaign, by contributing non-perishable food items (e.g., canned goods, rice, pasta, olive oil, milk…) and personal hygiene products.

Collection period: November 10 to December 11

Drop-off locations:

• JI/EB1 Bom Sucesso: school entrance or directly to the site coordinator, Professor Lurdes Bessa

• EB 2/3 Gomes Teixeira and Infante D. Henrique Secondary School: PBX of each school

All donated items will then be forwarded to Room 40 at Infante D. Henrique Secondary School, where the Escola Solidária operates.

We count on the supportive and caring spirit of everyone to make this Christmas a little more special for those who need it most.
