Lunches

Thank you for your willingness to help with the school lunches!

This collaboration was achieved with great commitment and negotiation with the School's coordination, by members of previous APBS management, and we therefore value it and wish to continue it, ensuring that it continues to unfold in a collaborative and peaceful manner, particularly through respect for certain rules.

 

Therefore, only parents/guardians registered in the Support Grant and included in the roster can access the cafeteria on the indicated days.

 

The role of volunteers is to support the smooth running of the lunch, namely:

 

• Checking that children's hands are washed before meals;

• Checking the cleanliness of dishes and utensils;

• Checking for water and bread;

• Encouraging children to eat;

• Encouraging good table manners;

• Checking the quality and quantity of the meal served;

• Helping to cut food and fruit (only for the youngest).
   

It is not the parents' job to replace the staff, so they should not serve or clear dishes.

The schedule has up to two volunteers per day, is updated monthly and may change if necessary.

The lunch period runs from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, with entry about 10 minutes early. Choose one of the two 45-minute slots available on the calendar below to stay on schedule.
